A delicious classic Italian dish with an authentic Indian warmth. It has a subtle hint of spice and is magnificent topped with a strong parmesan cheese. Yummy and comforting!
|Shopping List||30g Spiced Korma Paste
200g Uncooked penne pasta
2 tsp oil
120ml Double cream
1 Egg yolk
150g Pancetta / bacon cubed
2tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
|Cooking Instructions||Mix egg yolk, cheese, cream and black pepper together and set aside.
Cook pasta in boiling water according to packet instruction or until tender.
When pasta is nearly cooked take a large pan and fry the pancetta or bacon, for 2 minutes then add the Spiced Korma Paste cook for a few minutes then remove from heat.
Add the cooked pasta, the cream mixture into the pan and stir in quickly.Serve with a salad and garlic bread.
