This is my dad’s favourite dish. A delicious combination of scrambled eggs with peas and cherry tomatoes. So simple yet so tasty!
|Shopping List||40g Classic Curry Paste
2 tsp oil
40g Frozen peas
6 Cherry tomatoes halved
|Cooking Instructions||Heat oil in the pan, add the Classic Curry Paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add eggs, tomatoes and peas, and cook for a further minute or 2 stirring constantly.
Serve with ciabatta bread or toast.
