Dhaniya Classic Chicken Curry

Chicken breast cooked with aromatic spices in a rich tomato base. Just like how my mum used to make it!

 

Shopping List 1 tbsp oil
1 medium finely chopped onion
3/4 chicken breast diced
250g tin tomatoes pureed
100mls water
80g Classic Curry Paste
Serves 4
Cooking Instructions Fry onions on a medium heat until browned.
Add your meat and cook until sealed.
Add the Classic Curry Paste and cook on low for about 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and water and cook until meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened.Tip : if you puree or slightly mash your tomatoes before you put them in, it gives you a creamier sauce.
Can also be used on lamb, fish or vegetables.
